Age UK is joining forces with the Met Office and the Department of Health in a ground breaking initiative to help vulnerable people in senior living this winter.

The campaign will hopefully prevent thousands of older people suffering needlessly this winter, to reduce the number of preventable winter deaths among people in later life, and to make this time of year better for those who may have otherwise nowhere to turn.

Together, we can help people in later life feel warm, healthy and in touch with others this winter.
